Sara Perrin, communications counsel for Burgerville, said the restaurant also collected more than $4,000 in cash donations and two SUVs full of school supplies.
She called it an “amazing result” and thanked the community for its support.
Burgerville fundraiser yields “amazing result”
After holding a fundraiser at three of its Vancouver restaurants on Thursday night, Burgerville announced it will be donating $2,835 to Crestline Elementary School. The school was destroyed last weekend by a large fire.
