Clark County will hold an open house Wednesday, Feb. 17, to update the public on a rural industrial land bank proposed near Brush Prairie.
The open house will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the CASEE Center, 11104 N.E. 149th St.
County planners and consultants are studying 602 acres on both sides of SR-503 between Northeast 119th and Northeast 149th streets. The analysis includes the Ackerland property on the west and Lagler property on the east.
Attendees can ask questions about and review a summary of materials prepared in response to an application for a rural industrial land bank. No new information has been developed since the last open house in October 2015.
The Board of County Councilors will hold a public hearing on the proposal during its regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, in the sixth-floor hearing room of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.
