Each year, the seven Rotary Clubs of Clark County distribute dictionaries to Clark County third graders. More than 5,000 dictionaries were distributed to third-graders at 60 schools in Clark County in 2012.
According to a press release, the Rotary Clubs and business partners including iQ Credit Union, Columbia Vista Corporation and U.S. Bank, raised $9,000 to purchase the books.
