City enlists Maul Foster & Alongi to study site east of Pearson Field

A $200,000 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Area-Wide Planning Grant will allow the city of Vancouver to begin to identify and prioritize infrastructure improvements and environmental cleanup needs east of Pearson Field Airport and north of SR-14.

Crews will focus on the partially developed 173-acre site known as the Lower Grand Employment Area. Work will address poor street conditions, localized flooding and environmental concerns. Maul Foster & Alongi has been retained to work with the city and community on these efforts over the next two years.
