Local Plumbing Co. is growing, and the team is looking for a full-time Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to help serve customers across the Salem area.
This position is a strong fit for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys hands-on service work, solving problems in the field and helping customers keep their homes and businesses comfortable year-round. HVAC service technicians work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, which play a major role in indoor comfort, air quality and energy efficiency.
In day-to-day work, an HVAC service technician may inspect equipment, diagnose system issues, complete repairs, perform maintenance and help customers understand what is happening with their heating or cooling system. It is technical work, but it is also customer-facing work. The right person for this role should be dependable, professional and comfortable communicating with customers while representing the Local Plumbing Co. team.
Local Plumbing Co. is looking for someone with an Oregon LEB license. A Washington license is a plus. This is a full-time position with a family-oriented company, strong benefits and leadership that works to support employee success.
