Friday Morning = Greeters! Start your Friday off right with the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce's biggest weekly networking event! Greeters brings together 150+ local business professionals every week to connect, share, and grow together. It's high-energy, relationship-focused, and a great way to keep your business top-of-mind in the community. Hosted by a different member business each week, Greeters is every Friday from 8:30-10:00 AM. Metrognome was created to give musicians a dedicated place to rehearse, create, and connect with others who share a passion for music. Owned by artists and run by musicians, the company understands the importance of having a space where musicians can practice freely, develop their sound, and bring their creative ideas to life. After establishing locations throughout the Portland area, Metrognome expanded to Salem, bringing its first-class rehearsal facilities to the local music community. Located in downtown Salem, Metrognome offers private, soundproof rehearsal studios available by the hour or month. Hourly studios come equipped with professional drums, amplifiers, microphones, and PA systems, while monthly studios allow musicians and bands to create a dedicated space of their own. With flexible access, no noise restrictions, and a welcoming environment, Metrognome provides a place for local musicians to rehearse, collaborate, and grow. Metrognome's Salem location, known as Cherry City, is located at 676 Church Street NE. The company is focused on making professional rehearsal space accessible to musicians at every stage, from individuals practicing on their own to established bands preparing for their next performance. Pro Tip: Arrive around 8:00 AM to snag a good parking spot, grab some food, and get in a few extra conversations before we officially kick off. Raffle Fun: Businesses are encouraged to bring 1 prize valued at $10+ (the Host can bring as many as they like)! To Enter: Drop your business card + $1 in the raffle for a chance to win! (No change please). Bring your business cards, your best smile, and get ready to make connections that count. Want to receive Greeters text notification?
