SALEM, Oregon – December 2, 2022 – Coast Hospitality Management announced today the completion of its new hotel in Salem, Oregon, bringing the entire structure to a complete state. The new 127-room hotel is scheduled to open in January 2023.

The Holman Riverfront Park Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton celebrates the growth and complexity that is modern Salem, with design and construction of the Holman building inspired by the pioneers, vintners, artists, business, and government leaders that have brought modernity, comfort and affluence to Oregon. Located adjacent to the Salem Convention Center, Riverfront Park, and less than a mile from the State Capitol, The Holman aims to provide a vibrant, connected, artful experience that represents that energy of city life, equally as much as the rich history behind the landmark location on which this hotel stands.
LMC Construction serves as the contractor for the project. Upon completion, the new hotel, managed by Coast Hospitality Management, will feature 127 guest rooms, including spacious apartment-style suites with full kitchenettes and modern comforts of home for short-term, weekly or long-term stays. Each guestroom will include HDTV, free WiFi, coffeemaker, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the city and State Capitol.
With a contemporary design and personality, The Holman combines craftsmanship, comfort, and connection with modern spaces ranging from the lobby to the casual yet refined meeting and event space. For example, the central dining experience of Pacific Standard, a modern West Coast restaurant with exquisite cuisine, The Holman invites guests to gather, connect, and enjoy from the first moment. Cora Café, located at The Holman, will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and espresso.
